Good Deal on this Iron Horse?

I saw this ad on Craigslist...the seller said they would accept 200 for the bike. I am basically looking for something to get me to and from work this summer which is only about a mile and a half each way. I will be riding mostly roads, but budget is more of a concern than anything. So if I can get a decent MTB for $200 bucks I can deal with riding it on the road. Another bike I was looking at was a Mongoose "Comfort" bike at Dick's...and yes I know I would get a better bike at a LBS, but I have a pretty strict budget. My whole goal is to save money on gas so spending a fortune on a bike wouldn't make much sense. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

If I am not mistaken, the original retail price was only around $250, so I don't think you'd be getting much of a deal. Having said that, it seems to be a decent bike, but it's not a steal.

NOt my first choice to ride on the road. For $200 you can find something more suitable.
