Starshot leather fingerless bike gloves - will they stretch?

I ordered some leather-palmed, crochet-backed, fingerless bike gloves. I love their old-school look.

But they seem a bit snug, even though I measured my size before ordering. Is it natural for them to be a bit snug now because, being leather, they will stretch out given some time. Or should I send them back now and get a bigger size?

For anyone who's interested, the answer is.... yes, they will stretch. They now feel fine.
