In my part of the UK we don't see much snow, and when we do it is nothing that a good set of knobbly tires cannot handle. Rain I am fine with (You HAVE to be in the UK).
What I really hate is strong winds, especially when I have a headwind going to work... which is mostly an uphill climb.

P.S. Had some rain here this week, quite nice really, after I reproofed my jacket.

Rain's fine, it reduces rolling resistance.
The problem is wind. And with the city streets built the way they are, the winds here get funneled pretty badly.
