Is it possible to remove some decals on new bike?

Decals are not stickers. I've tried nail polish remover and alcohol, and doesn't work. It's no biggie if I can't, but was wondering.

They can be removed if they're not clear coated.

It's a 2008 F5, so I'm pretty sure it's clear coated.
