Will a bike with disc brakes fit a fork mounting rack?

I don't have a rack yet but I'm looking for one. There is a local Thule roof rack for sale which requires the bike be mounted with the front wheel off. Do disc brakes prevent this type of rack from being used? I'll be attaching a Dew Plus if that helps.

Some do, and some don't. Really depends on how the head of the mount is versus the fork on the bike. I have Yakima Copperhead mounts, they're not supposed to work, but they do. Some of the others definitely wouldn't.

And the Thule in the picture above, from my experience would have issues. Too much mount material at the rear of the forks which on the left is where the caliper will be.
