I have a bone to pick.....
...out of my tire. 
Of all the things to run over, I never imagined that it would be a bone fragment!
It was probably from an unlucky deer.
It happened on my lunch ride today. The bone chip went through the tire (25C) and both sides of the tube. I was able to patch it and make it back OK, but there is a cut through the tread, so I will be replacing it.
What odd objects have flattened your tires?

I saw a chicken bone in a car tire once also saw a car tire flat cause by a groundhog tooth you never know
