Purchasing HED H3s. Do I need new skewers?

Or can I use the skewers from the Shimano RS10 wheels that are already on the bike?

What else do I need to buy? I am purchasing

- HED 3 Clinchers

- Mich Pro Racer II tires 700x23

- Tube 700x23

I am confused if I need anything else.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You can re-use the skewers, but you may want lighter ones anyway to go with the nice new wheels.

You'll also need some rim tape or spoke hole plugs...err...actually, not sure if the HED3's need this, since they don't have traditional spokes. Give it a search though.

No rim tape necessary. You can use whatever skewers you have. I seem to recall that mine came with skewers, but it's been a while since I bought them so I don't recall. You will probably need a 90 degree tube stem adapter so you can pump up your tube, though - most standard pump heads won't fit inside of the wheel. The picture to the left is my wheel.

One thing I noticed - they felt a little wobbly when I got them. The first time I rode them, I had to pull over a couple times because I thought my tire was going flat. But my regular wheels have Velocity Deep V rims so they're ultra-stiff, so in comparison, the HEDs feel wobbly.
