trek calypso chain problem

Does anyone have any experience with the 7 speed Trek Calyspo??? ...my chain falls off at least once every 20 miles and has done so since I bought it in June, 08. The dealer made an adjustment, but the chain keeps right on falling off. Thanks

Is your rear wheel centered true? If not true it up in the frame.

A wheel not centered will "throw" the chain.
