It does if you are counting cadence, wearing your heart rate monitor, and logging your results.

I'm not into new year's resoloutions. I have gotten into this inner peace thing though. With that in mind instead of becoming mad at people in motor vehicles that honk, yell, throw stuff or are just generally a pain in the *** I am going to be compassionate towards them for they know not what they do.
Also this year I want to promote bicycling more than last year.
