A few "will it fit" questions

I have a 2000 Raleigh m20. I want to buy a new rear wheel, however, I do not know the space between the chain stays and don’t know what will fit. I run a 7 speed cassette in the back, will it fit any new wheels? Another thing I want to know is the size of my bottom bracket. If you know please do tell. If you know a site that can give me this information please post the link. Thanks in advance.

The seven speed tempts me to say it is 130mm but the 2000 production means it is probably 135mm This is one you can measure easily your self. Take the wheel out and measure the drop out spacing with a ruler. If you only have an inch ruler there are 25.4 mm in an inch. The BB is tougher, you can get the first measurement by measuring the shell it will be 68 or 73mm. The axle length is tougher. And if you are getting a new crank you may need a different length anyway. The best thing is to just pull the crank arms and measure it. If you need a new BB you will need to do this anyway.

Yeah, I also thought of mesuring myself. Well, might as well do it. Thanks
