    Yeah Rick, thanks for sharing.

Out of curiosity, what size are the originals?

    Too bad about the theft!!!

I'm not sure where you would best market the photos, or the originals if you still had them... But, one possibility is to print up a few, frame them and get a booth at a local bicycle swap meet (if you live in an area that holds one). I know there was an artist at the Trexlertown swap meet last year selling originals (smaller scale and simpler than yours) that I almost bought a couple of, but they weren't quite what I was looking for as far as color... She basically did freehand bicycles, and had a couple of Stingrays in a style and color that were probably good if they had been road bikes, but I am not into Stingrays.

Also, I don't know about creating art, but in order to make any money, you are going to have to get faster... I think it would be hard to find someone to pay $2,000 for a drawing (even a good one) until you build a name for yourself... but that is how much you would have to make to pay yourself $10 per hour for your painting time (not counting any marketing time and costs).

But, I do hope you continue to work on your art, because it looks good!!!

Little Darwin,I'm checking into the copyright issues in getting these reproduced.Once that hurdle is passed,I'll go forward in printing copies.Want others to enjoy the art as much as I do.

That is great stuff. I'd gladly have it blown up and place it next to my Toulouse Lautrec of 1898 French cyclists...

Knifemaking - neat! My dad wants to get into that. It can get pricey fast though (of course I'm on a bike forum, what am I talking about? Everything's relative I guess) I went to a huge knife show here last summer and was blown away by some of the stuff there. There is some serious art going on in that craft, no doubt
