Online Bike Store

Got a quick question about BicyclesPalace http://www.bicyclespalace.com/index.php, has anyone ever bought from this store. I just need some feedback on whether it's a trusted site?
Thanks

Well let's see.

Ridiculous low prices: check
Brand names that you can only purchase in stores: check
Based in Idonesia: check

Yep, must be a genuine store.

I think I'll go ahead and order one of their Trek Madone 6.9 bikes for $2900.

Nice!
Thought it's too good to be true, but never hurt to ask.
Right after this I'll register and buy myself that Cervelo for $2200.
Thanks

Here is some customer feedback someone found on the the bike palace site in late 2007 and the middle2008. Looks like they just copied and pasted some positive feedback off or other sites on the net. Not very ethical if you ask me.

"Just a quick note to let you know that I LOVE THIS BIKE! I commute to work every day with it! Used to ride the bus taking 15 to 20 minutes and now it's a wonderful morning wake-up bike ride and only takes 10 minutes! I really appreciate sellers like you and although I already left you positive feedback, I just wanted to tell you that. Best Wishes!

The site is suspicious to me, as are your posts Mr. Wang. A case of ninja advertising if you ask me.

Well, gee, they list a physical address, phone, fax, email address and give the name of a real person, the CEO. Sounds legit to me.
Wonder how I would go about buying a "custom and semi-custom precision fit road bike..." if I am in Indiana and the store is in Indonesia?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don't find that out the hard way.

Too many inconsistencies. Home page states that they only sell high-end/performance road bikes. So why are Rocky Mt. and Gary Fisher up for grabs?

And did you check out the return policy? Basically non-existent. Returns have to be "as shipped" condition w/in 30 days. NO returns on frames, complete bikes, food/energy products...

If I win the lottery today, I'll 'take one for the team', and order that Bianchi Axis for $500 (even though there was absolutely no sizing info for that model).

Indonesia and Nigeria are the highest-ranking "nations" for internet con-artists. Indonesia follows a close second. So if you buy a bike, maybe you can pay for it with your $37 million you'll get from General Mogombo from that place-crash in the jungle!
