I need a pedal replacement for my DP Air Gometer exercise bike. Its about 20 yrs old and I can't find the the reported manufacturer, HEART CORPS who may no longer exist. The original pedal had top and bottom plastic parts,(now broken), held together by screws and enclosing the pedal "shaft." The shaft has a 1/2inch thread, 1/2" long that is designed to fit thru a 1/2 bearing (supporting an exercise handle) before it is tightened into the crank. Thus the threaded end of the shaft in total extends a full inch beyond the hexagonal wrench fitting and in this way is different than standard pedals available.
I want suitable replacement pedal(s) or pedal tops and bottoms that I can reliably fasten around the original shaft.
