Hydration pack's- I need Info.

Hello everyone, Last year for Christmas, I got a hydration pack (Platypus) and I found that I don't like the bladder, it is a screw top, and it always seem's to leak, I was wondering if it would be possible to use a Camelback bladder instead. It is a 2 liter bladder, and I like the pack itsself, just don't like the bladder, also sometimes the mouthpiece leaks also, I know i can get a CB, mouthpiece for it, but it may not fit. Help

I don't know.

But if you do a search for camelbak I'm sure you'll come up with at least a dozen threads on the topic. Maybe someone else has mentioned it.

I dont see why not.. I've been using my old camelbak bladder in my blackburn hydrasack fro about a year now. Blackburns valve is too complicated and very fragile.

There's no reason that you couldn't use a Camelbak bladder other than fit.

If you do go for a new bladder, check out the ones with the large opening. It makes for much easier cleaning.

YOU have a barbie water-bottle? No way!! The NEXT hydration pack is kinda like a zip-lock bag with a straw, in a backpack.
I have a winnie-the-pooh helmet..How about you?

NEXT hydration pack
I've seen them.

Funny thing: They look exactly like my blackburn hydrasack. probably made by the same people.
