Spyroflex abrasion dressings

This is a rave product review. I recently burned my arm trying to trap a falling, hot, pan lid.
Blistered burn from just below my watchband to my elbow. After icing it for a while, I began to search for a dressing and remembered that I had gotten some of these to have around for road rash. I hadn't had the "opportunity" to use them for that so onto the burn they went. Although I did lose some skin to the blistering, these kept the wound moist & healing without causing as much exudate as Tegaderm. The burn is now 80% healed and has no sign of infection. This is much more comfortable to wear, and far more useful size than Tegaderm. I think they would be perfect for road rash. I got mine at EMS (Eastern Mountain Sports) but they are cheaper online at Campmor. http://www.campmor.com/webapp/wcs/st...berId=12500226
