36 hole 650c wheel, does it exist?

I have a frame that im trying to build at the moment and it accepts 650c wheels. Its a time trial sloped frame with Columbus tubing and drop outs. I have campagnolo tipo 36 hole hubs, i soo want these on my bike but i just cant find 36 hole 650c rims. What's the deal? Am i missing something? Everything with 36 hole rims are for 700c or 27. Does anyone know where i can find these road bike rims, or am i destined for failure with the campagnolo hubs? Or can i use at least a 32 hole rim? I have no clue on building up wheels so i am clueless. Help me please

The link to Mavic shows a 650 rim in the CXP33 and the Open pro rims. Mavic make the rims to take various numbers of spokes so hopefully it will help a bit.

Edit- Why are you stuck on 36 holes? Unless you only want to replace the rim through damage-I would have thought it easier and better to get a complete new wheel built up.
