Post on the mechanics board but I think what you are looking for is the Park Tool dust cap removal tool, ITEM# DUH-7. Also sold as part of their 5,000 piece, repair any bike ever built any time, any where tool set (which is the only tool set with an Austrio-Hungarian threaded bottom bracket tool).
2000 Montague CX, I do not recommend it, but still ride it.
Strida 3, I recommend it for rides < 10mi wo steep hills.
2006 Rowbike 720 Sport, I recommend it as an exercise bike.
1996 Birdy, Recommend.
Wieleder CARiBIKE (folding), decent frame.

You don't have a dust cap. The only bolt you have is staring you in the face.

Do post on the mechanics board - or in classic and vintage.

You have a cottered crankset.

Only cotterless cranksets have dustcaps.
