The pads in my helmet are getting rather nasty so when I was at the bike shop yesterday they mentioned calling Giro and asking for some new ones. So when I got home last night I got the number from their web sight and gave them a call. A real nice lady looked up my model and is sending me replacement pads for the helmet free of charge.

Its little things like this that set a company apart, my next helmet will be another Giro.
