bianchi nueva racing 12/V - how old and how much is it worth?

I have a 21" Bianchi nueva raing 12/V original everything except the water bottle. It says 4-A on the top tube at the seat post with 3787 on the other side. It is in original shape and the campy/omega gear is perfect. How old is it?
Is it worth anything?Thanks, JV
