Yakima Locking Blockhead - Doesn't lock?

Yakima Locking Blockhead - Doesn't lock?
I was excited about my new Yakima Locking Blockheads, because I wanted something that was secure enough I could leave my bike out of sight while I had lunch or something.
However today I noticed I can pretty easily defeat the lock in just a few seconds with no tools. No matter how tight it is clamped I can just grab the nut, spin the lever, repeat then pull the skewer out.
Anyone else notice this?
Am I missing something???
