Unknown Marinoni.
I was visiting my inlaws and found this bike in the barn. They said an old friend had given it to them before moving away and getting himself a new bike. I didn't notice any other markings but I took a picture in hopes that I could "Google Image" something similar.
Can anybody identify this mystery Marinoni?

Your best bet for an ID is in C & V, but as you already have found C & V, I'll leave this one here just in case there's an unknown Marinoni addict who lives here in GC, and hasn't yet found Classic & Vintage.
Nice bike, by the way!
Oh, but some photos of the drive side of the bike would be good .

Nice! It is an older one, but it is similar to one I wanted to buy quite a few years ago. Why not contact Marinoni and see if they can tell you.
