Here it is.
I doubt that it cost a million yen. But it did get the man who made it, (seen riding the bike) a job.
He's now the head rocket designer at Scaled Composites, makers of "Spaceship One".

I think it'd be cool to have one that could push you to, like, 30 mph. But 100+ mph? Nope, not me! I wonder what the fuel usage is?
