I rode for an hour and moved about 1/2 inch.

Indoor ride = mind and butt numbing.

I'd have to say about 40 miles this morning (60km?) Had some interesting weather. Rode through some rain, then thunder and lightning. Our breakfast ride plan was to go downtown for breakfast, but when the lightning started we went to the nearest restaurant and made ourselves at home. By the time breakfast was over, the weather had cleared off, but it looks like the clouds are rolling back in and we'll have some afternoon showers.

I didn't have time to do my Sat ride so I hopped on the fluid trainer. I just got it because as school starts up (I'm a teacher) I'll have less time to get out on the road for two hours etc.
Also, I really want to work on my pedal stroke with more drills and high cadence spinning etc.

It was boring with only music but I'll get a book holder shortly as I can get a lot of reading done that I have to do while churning out some sweat.

Not perfect but hey, gotta do what you gotta do!

Did 20.2 miles, got to ride in some good rains and a little bit of gusty wind, not too bad, though.

100 K on our tandem. 14.4 mph average, but there was a lot of climbing for us (4000') which kills our average. We did pull a single for 3 miles at the end of the ride at 27 mph on a 1% downhill. He was very appreciative.

I did 78 miles on a nice rolling route, as the weather gets hotter my ride distance increases.

Why are you in the hospital!??!!??! :O

I'm only at approx 4 km for the day, going back and forth from my place to my BFs place. I broke some kind of record getting back here though, zoooooooom.

16.2 miles, not bad for the 5th ride after a 10 year lay-off! (at least for me, I'm an old man--next spring I'm doing my first century!).

1 mile with my son. We rode to a nearby park and laid down in the grass under a tree zoning out.

144km, two mountain passes, a big chunk of the ride (including the biggest climb) on dirt roads. Oh yeah, I also hiked 6km.

About 8 miles for us today. I wanted to time how long it would take us to get from our house to an Organic Store on the Southside of town
