look DAMN good after two weeks of cycling. I used to/do capoeira as a martial art and good cardio workout. As of late some decisions forced me to take an extended break and after a year off my body went to ****. Two weeks on my bike and my quads and calfs look better than ever! Still have a gut, but thats gonna come off soon enough.
Im tellin you all because my girlfriend doesnt care all too much if i start fawning over myself.
