Identify this frame?
Can anybody ID this frame? I have a chance to purchase it but the owner's not sure what it is and neither am I. Looks to be a track/racing frame. I just think it is incredibly cool but want to give the guy a fair offer!
Thanks in advance!

Not a track bike; this one has a derailleur hanger, and track bikes are fixed gear.
Looks like a 90's roadie, guessing titanium (could be wrong, tho). If it IS ti, the price for it would be about 2-3x a steel one. It's not aluminum, the welds aren't right.
What's he want for it?

Thanks for the info. He hasn't mentioned a price, basically he's taking offers and will go with what he thinks is best. He said it looked like titanium but he's pretty sure it's steel. You'll notice a few spots of light surface rust down by the bracket which leads me to think steel.

That frame was made in Taiwan. Manufature is a German brand Bria.
This frame originally came equipped with full LX gruppo.
This of course is if they didnt jsut put the sticker on there.. They where pretty awsome bikes.

Hi do you mean Bria or Biria? I can't find much online about them. Any ideas on a price for this?

I only paid £200 for it but that was with a decent discount from my LBS.
Edit--- This frame is probably about the same age. The bottom bracket denotes older but if it was bought as a frame and forks- then an older bottom bracket may have been fitted.

the "conventional wisdom" about prestige tubing is that it's "not suitable" for riders over 150 or so pounds and that heavy riders may experience "flex". bs? probably. but that's what the chat around the repair stand is.
