No batteries for my computer!

Hey everyone, I have an old specialized computer that i'd like to use again.
However, when I put it away, I took out the batteries so they wouldn't leak, and now I don't know what batteries to use. Does anyone recognize this computer?
I tried looking on specialized.com but there are no links for a customer support email or anything.

Thanks for your help!

(I've tried uploading a couple pictures of it, lets see if it worked... posting now!)
