If I got a flat near that guy, I'd have a hard time deciding between these two choices:

1. bring the bike over to the guy and pay him $100 just to see it done.
2. Change my own dang tube out of guilt that I actually have working hands.

Here's a third choice for ya:

3. Change the tube yourself (ONE other person has my trust enough that I let him touch my bike -- he's the guy who taught me bike mechanics), then buy the guy lunch, sit down with him and eat yours with him, then give him a 50 before you take off.
