I'm a busy person. I'm working in Special Education, taking two grad school classes towards my M.Ed, and up until Saturday I was studying for the MTELs. Plus I work Friday nights at the Y and an active Freemason. Most people would look at what I do in a given week and say that I must be a stress cadet.
However, as long as I get on my bike at least once or twice a week, I am in an excellent mood. Some friends and coworkers of mine say that I am always smiling and energetic.
I think its because of getting on my bike. I work out my problems on the bike. That's where I can really reflect on everything and work through the tough stuff I encounter. Even just a couple miles can really do wonders!
Does anyone else agree or disagree with that sentiment?
