I wanted to build a good quality flat bar road bike to fit my needs, and spent all winter picking up parts. Got everything from eBay, except the wheelset, which I ordered from Performance bike. I planned to build it myself at first, but thought twice after I realized the investment I had to make in tools, and the good possibly I'd screw something up. I took the parts to a new bike store in Pitman, NJ, The Caffinated Cyclist ( http://www.tccyclist.com/ ). I'm very happy I did ! The bike is great, and the service was excellent, and the cost was more than fair (would have cost me more than double just to buy the tools).
The pics suck, they're from my phone.

I'm realy happy with it. The relaxed ergonomics of the frame, along with the flat bars make for a real comfrtable ride. This is by far the nicest bike I've owned, and a big step up from my former ride.
