Hollywood Hitch Rack

I finally got a chance to try out my Sport Rider 4 Hitch Rack. I bought it almost a year ago but a broken leg and torn up knee kept me off my bike most of last year. Wow what an awesome product! Very easy to put bikes on and off. Very secure, you can drive normal and not worry that the bikes are back there at all. They do not sway around or bounce at all. I did see one older post on here where someone was upset that the powder coating was chipping off, time will tell on that one. It is pretty heavy to move around for attaching to the car and for storage. I wish they had an aluminum version for a little more money.

Good product from what I have seen so far.

I also have a Hollywood and love, love, lovit. I don't know the model.

Un huh. Lining the rack up with the receiver while handling the weight is an annoyance. One of these days, I'm going to get out the die grinder and chamfer both the hitch and the rack. Meanwhile, it mostly stays on the car, and if perchance the traffic light is slightly on the pink side of yellow, and there is a traffic camera up there somewhere, the rack might prevent a useable picture being taken. Regretable, but you gotta take the bad with the good.

P.S. New Mexico recently outlawed the durn things and gave the cities 60 days to lose them.
