Can anyone reach Bicycle Wheel Warehouse?

Bicycle Wheel Warehouse (located in CA, US) recently moved locations and the 1-800 number on their website is out of date.

I sent them an email via their website and have yet to receive a response.

Does anyone have a phone number to reach them, toll free or not doesn't matter.

Thanks
Mike

The temporary solution is to send an email to admin@bicyclewheelwarehouse.com, include your phone number, and someone will call you back.

I was directed to their website for purchase of a touring wheelset. 4 days ago, I sent 5 messages directly from each of their product pages & also sent a separate email to their contact address. No replies yet. I called and left a voicemail this morning... Still nothing.

I wouldn't call this a very positive experience considering all I want to do is hand them $$$ for a product they have in their warehouse. Am I doing something wrong?

That's the number I see on their website. I bought some wheels from them a couple of months ago and got them in three days. I also sent an email asking a question and got a response the same day. I didn't know they were moving, perhaps they're in the middle of it right now.

Never heard of them until you started bumping these old threads @michaelm101. Based on what I'm reading, it's a good thing you haven't been able to get an order in. Just go with someone else. No shortage of great wheel builders out there. :thumb:
