Should I buy this bike?

I found a bike on craigslist that is in my area. The post reads "Diamonback Xpert TG Road bike. Not sure what the model year is. Shimano components, 700c rims, Peformance Aero Bars. 60 cm frame. More details available." From the picture the bike looks a little older, but in good condition. I'm 5'10 with a 31'' inseam. I'm not sure if the bike would be a bit too big since it's 60cm. They are only asking $150 for it. I am looking to get a roadbike, but I can't afford a brand new high end bike (paying off student loans) I'm getting bored of running to stay in shape and I have outgrew my mtb. Any advice would be appreciated.

That bike is definitely too big for you. I'm 5'9" and I ride 52-54cm bikes.
