5 days per week, 22 miles per day. About 9 months of the year. The other 3 months are either vacation days, ice-on-road, or cant-be-bothered-today days.

Usually 5 or 6 days a week, a combination of commuting and leisure rides, though in the winter, many of those days are in the basement, on rollers (with resistance), to keep in shape for long rides at the beginning of the season.

Not enough. Age has been getting in the way more and more.

6 days per week depending on resting HR and leg soreness. Im in the process of base miles/hours building and have just completed my second week.

1.week
Total miles 185
Max ride 55miles
Zone 2 all rides
10.5hours

2.week (increase by %10)
Total miles 205
Max ride 60
Zone 2 all rides
11hours

3.week i will increase my hours instead of my miles, I used to train with hours when XC skier and feel more comfortable with them. They make more sense to me and are more valuable especially when keeping in HR zones.

How long have you been cycling for? Do you have previous training experience/fitness with other sports?

Generally 4 days a week, some weeks I can ride all seven days. June's goal is to ride each and every day. If I don't, I can't have any ice cream or frozen yogurt in July.

There's a Walgreen's about a quarter-mile away from the house that the kids and I frequent, for treats/snacks; we walk there.

Anywhere else I go IN THE COUNTY, I pedal. (County is 660 square miles.)

I try to ride every day, even if it is just around the block. Fortunately, at the moment, I am in an excellent area for riding (Iowa City, IA) so I am getting a few more miles in than I normally do.

On average 3-4 days a week, some weeks I ride all 7 days.
I go for longer rides on the weekend but take the next day off if I do.

I voted 5-6 because that is what I try to aim for. Some weeks though its less. Like last week, I rode on Monday, and couldnt ride again until today thanks to graduate school summer classes.

For me it's sporadic. I want to ride every single day, but I often end up riding between two and four days per week

3 days on average, roughly 18-22 miles of very hilly fire roads. Last year I could not even climb the first of the hills!

Everyday. On the rare occasion that I have a complete day off the bike, it totally throws out my rhythm and my moods, both in riding and life in general.
