What size bike would fit me best? and a couple questions.
I haven't biked much since i was 18 and want to start again as the summers come around. I just turned 21 now, and I've grown a couple inches since then.
I'm looking for a bike mostly for downhill/trail riding with a bit of city travel to work (close to home). I was interested in a Norco Rampage/Manik.
I'm 6'4/5, with a leg length of 34/35 (for jeans).
I was thinking a 20-21" frame would be best for me but I'm not sure since I've been out of the loop for so long.
Thanks.

I agree with RonH. I recently went bike shopping and discovered that depending on the manufacture of the bike, I fit a 54 or 55 cm frame, and even then my LBS had to switch out stems.
