I just a Schwinn cruiser style frame from a guy at work, and have been trying to determine what model it is. I have the serial number( HE52552) and a number on the cranks(SA 11 69). All I have to go by is the color and a photo of this Heavy-Duti I found on the net. Anyone who is out there that might have some good info or leads, would be appreciated. thanks.

You have more bike than you know. The "Hevi-Duty" mark
indicates that you have Schwinn INDUSTRIAL duty bike which
means Loooooooooooooooong lasting. These bike compete with
the likes of the "Worksman" industrial bikes out of New York.
So they have to be overbuilt by a wide margin.

So, you lucky devil, clean it up, take out any fender dents
and ride this workhorse. It might outlive you.

Thanks for your enthusiasm, but I'm still unsure if that is what I truly have. There is no chain guard with it, and with my limited knowledge of Schwinn bikes, I don't know if a Heavy-Duti is now what I own. If there is another way to find out, I would like to know. The way I guessed that's what it is, was by a photo on the net. It is the same red color with white decals, so that is the extent of my detective abilities to this point. Any other input would be great, Thanks alot.

Not usually. Schwinn marketed the heavy-duty to industry only.
