    Groin Pain

I have groin pain like a pulled mussel sometimes after an hour, hour and a half ride.
Could it be the seat, angle of the seat ?

Could be the seat, could be your form, and the way you ride. Did you get a proper bike fitting? Are you new to the sport? That might be it too. Or sometimes when I get out of the saddle and push myself, it can be sore.
I've got your restraining order right here. [grabs crotch] Restrain this!

Are you new to the sport? I guess you could say I am new to the sport. I am 63 and have started riding for the exercize.

Your local bike shop can do the fitting for you.

Your muscles aren't prepped for bike riding.
Get a proper bike fit, check for leg length discrepancy if the groin pain is only on one side, and go ride!
