Help on Buying Bike

Hi, I'm interested in buying a used bike and have been looking around, especially on CL..
I'll be using the bike to get around my college campus...so will be casual riding at max a couple miles a day.

I've narrowed down a few listings, but could use some more experienced advice on if the bike model is any good and whether or not it's I'm getting ripped off. I would like to spend not much more than $100.

Here are the listings I've found:

GT Palomar (?) for $150
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/bik/1985976025.html

GT Outpost for $40
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/bik/1985631156.html

Trek Multitrack 7100 for $180
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/bik/1985767720.html

Mongoose Rockadile SX $99
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/bik/1985328718.html

Mongoose Sycamore $150
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/bik/1984982445.html

Any help would be greatly appreciated! =)
Thanks in advance.

The Trek looks great. It is a very small bike.

i'm about 6'1'' with an inseam of ~33 in. would that be a problem?
also, would the trek be a bit of an overkill? bike stealing is not unheard of on my campus =S

It's a no-brainer. Get the cheapest one.

If all you are going to do is ride around campus, the cheapest bike will do, and it will be no big loss if it gets stolen.

That trek would be way too small. Since you are at a campus go to a LBS and see if any have used bikes. And have them fit you on one of the used bikes so you know what size to look for. A bad fit is the worst thing that you can do for yourself.

Does your campus have a bicycle coop? If so, ask them for advice. At 6' 1", you might have a problem finding a bike that's big enough for you by searching Craigslist. And if you do inquire about a CL bike, make sure your BS detector is working. If a seller doesn't know much about the bike, or is vague about how long they've had it or how much it has been ridden, there's a good chance that the bike is stolen.
