Active Community Transportation Act 2010 Bill # H.R.4722
"The Active Transportation Fund Act of 2010 establishes a competitive grant program within the Department of Transportation. The competitive grant program provides concentrated funding for communities to create active transportation networks that provide safe and convenient access for pedestrians and bicyclists."
