Miami to NYC is closer to 1250 miles via interstate. you'll be taking back roads so say closer to 1500 deoending on start and end point.

a solid average of 10mph on a 9 hour day is 90mi a day 1250mi divided by 90 is about 14 days if you can only do 50mi a day then you are looking at 30 days

I figured 30 days... unless the wind is behind me at all times... but knowing my luck it would push me back the entire time.

did you try using google maps? they now seem to have a bike option. you could test how accurate it is.

i think this would be a cool idea but a lot of work with the way the weather has been this year.

This might help in planning your ride... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Coast_Greenway

Complete segments are few and far in between, but what's there will give you stretches of riding that does not require dodging cars.

And yes, Miami and New York City are along the Greenway's route.

Im curious as to why you want them to delete it too. I dont see any harm in a person asking this question. To be completely honest, I see your request as rude. If you dont like this person's query, just ignore it.
