Bicycle law matrix for US States?

After perusing this question on Stack Exchange about stop-sign laws, it occurred to me that I remembered seeing a table (somewhere) detailing the bike laws in US states, but I can't find it on the net. (Which states prohibit sidewalk riding, which ones require helmets, and so on.):

Which states or countries have stop-sign-as-yield laws for bicyclists (similar to Idaho)?

Does anyone remember seeing something like this?

It's not a spreadsheet or a matrix but LAB does have a page with links to each state's bike laws.

I do recall seeing some kind of matrix somewhere. Can't recall where, though.
