Does anyone have any insight as to how to get a refund from Kai at Momovelo (www.momovelo.com). I ordered two items two months ago, was charged for them, and never received the items. I've sent almost 10 e-mails to the various momovelo e-mail addresses. They don't list a telephone number. I understand they may have closed up shop, but maybe someone knows him personally on these boards that can help me out. I just want my money back.
