When you buy a Hollowtech 2 crankset does the wrench come with it?

No. Though it comes with the little tool for the end cap it does not come with the bottom bracket tool. You need to purchase either the Shimano or Park tool or if you buy it from a LBS they would likely install it for you as it is a pretty straightforward installation.
