    Falklands ride?

I saw a documentary about the Falkland Islands War the other day. It got me thinking, the Falklands would be a great place to visit. Spectacular open country biking, I would think.

Anyone been? Road biking is possible over how much of the islands? Mountain biking cross country would be a thrill, too, I'd guess. Penguins, seals, and a host of other birds along the coasts.

On the other hand, there's a fair amount of ordnance still lying around. Dismounting would be mandatory through the Argentine mine fields...

" Which Falklan' Islands ys talkin' about?"
    Bikes use brakes to stop.

If your bike has breaks, don't ride it.

Wow. Now that is an awesome link.

What did we do before the internet? Just rode our bikes, I guess.
