Get paid to ride/train on a the Salmon River Scenic Byway in Idaho

I am looking for an avid road cyclsit or training tri-athelete who would like to ride a beautiful road along the Salmon River in Idaho, and get paid! I am looking for a shuttle driver for Sawtooth Adventure Company (www.sawtoothadventure.com). The job would consist of shuttling vehicles along an 8 mile streatch of river. You would be required to ride a minimum of 8 miles per day and potentially 32 per day. The ride would consist of a consistent, yet gentle incline. The pay is $40/day with a four day a week guarentee, (though 7days is highly possible) I will provide room and partial board (one meal). The job runs from July 1-August 31. Please email me at adventurecompany@sunvalley.net to explore the possibilities.

Cheers,
Jared

Gee, you folks better hurry! This job sounds so good, it will soon be gone! Hmmm... I wonder where I've heard that before?

You may not be aware of this, but it was originally posted in about four different forums. Also note that this guy has no other posts apart from the four of these. If he's not a spammer then there's no such thing.

Catfish,

You are a reputable guy. What's the deal? Could someone really be offering to pay me to ride my bike?

Reputable??? hummm never thought of it like that Idunno man Ive toured this area and it is awsome I saw lots of adventure type outfitters doing raft trips and hiking and fishing trips with their custonmers. They all need part and full time seasonal employees. THis guys website is worth a look he has links to other businesses in the area check him out with the Idaho BBB and state attourney if you decide to persue it.

Every time I tour I look for jobs like this not to make a lot of money but to rather have a place to hole up a while and not spend money and really get into the local people and culture seems like a good idea to me.

when i was younger much younger I worked in the resort business for 3 or 4 years id go north in summers and southwest in winters its a job sometimes demanding but mostly fun you dont get rich but most times room and borad included and most of the other employees are good time people too.

perhaps the way the guy came on surprised some of you and you instantly took it as spam maybe you wanted more of an introduction first idunno, I actually thought it to be kinda complimentry that a guy looking for some cyclist came here and asked on a cyclists board. just my rambling thoughts while i wait for the coffie to get brewed....

The job is entirely legit, check out www.sawtoothadventure.com. What a better way to find cyclist than an onlime forum. All applicants will be required to offer a work history/resume and references. Must be 21 or older and have a clean driving record. Living situation is a two story cabin that is the guide's bunkhouse with 8 bunks. This is a great job for the right person. email me at adventurecompany@sunvalley.net for more details.

Cheers,
