I'm really enjoying biking with my running! It was really cold out today. I went out this morning for just a relaxing ride, as I've been running and riding hard as of late. I bundled up pretty good, but my feet and one other area got really cold, and I didn't realize it until I got back home. I rode for 1hr and 20 min's.
Other than not riding when it's cold, are there any suggestions that you may have on staying somewhat warm. It sounds crazy, but it's true!
