I often find deals like this on the web with stores I don't know. My policy is if the money isn't much I'll give them a try with one order. If they perform well ,and are honest, I add them to the list I will buy from again in the future.
In this case $13 is chump change so I say go for it!

Never tried them before but I ordered a new stem from them last night. I used PayPal so maybe if they don't deliver my money is "safe". If they don't come through I've found a different stem on 3 reputable websites that will work.

I also ended up buying from them since a guy on another forum said he used them before. So far so good. I had a question about my order and got a response the next day.
