Has anyone bought from Permaco?
Has anyone ever purchased anything, particularly a Brooks Saddle from Permaco? https://www.permaco.com/
They're selling brooks for the cheapest I've ever seen. The Flyer S I want is only 71 bucks! Am I dreaming here or what?
I'm a college student so my budget's pretty tight but I've been saving for that saddle and at that price I can certainly afford it. If permaco really is too good to be true does anyone know where else you can get Brooks at discounted prices?

I see what you mean.
They have some really low prices, some uncommon products, and some brand names that I've never heard of. If their Ohio address wasn't so prominently listed I would have thought they were located in the Netherlands or someplace.
If you're not comfortable with the degree of risk, I wouldn't go there. A couple of alternative options might be to call on the phone so you can talk with a person or to order something inexpensive first like a T-shirt.

FWIW, they used to be the United States distributor for Brooks and have been around since 1892. Pretty dated looking site, but I'd venture to say they're legit.

Well for the record I did indeed purchase a brooks from them and it came in the next week! It was just the saddle, no tension spanner, and a little bit scuffy but I don't mind. It's just going to get that way anyways.

In other words it came with character out of the box.
