    Nobody shops here?

I don't work for the site, or have anything to gain for spamming their name. I don't own stock in the company and they don't watch my pets for me on the weekends. Just giving you guys a heads up on what I think is a great site.

I've never seen treefortbikes.com mentioned on here. Even in the "What site do you shop at?" thread, not once. Maybe I missed it, I'd think it would be all over here.

I'm mentioning them because I just had a pretty damn good first time transaction with them. I ordered 12 items (2 oversized) Sunday night. Chose the crappy free ground shipping and the 2 giant boxes were here at 8:30 this morning.

They price match items as soon as you add them to your cart, it's great. If someone else is selling it cheaper, you pay their price. You can't beat it. (you probably can beat it, I'm sure someone will point that out, feel free) They beat a "well-known for their great deals" site on a Park Tool PCS-10 stand by 40 bucks. Check em out http://www.treefortbikes.com/

Insane coincidence. I was talking to a colleague this past weekend when I saw him riding around downtown. I think he mentioned the exact same site to me. He mentioned the auto-price-matching to me too. About how their system scours the net and matches their price but if you show them the site, they will match that also.

Im trying to cut down on my spending but I will definitely give it a look the next time I need (read: want) something.

Price matching is very common. I'll go through the trouble if I have multiple items which I can get at one etailer so as to minimize S&H, or eliminate it all together if said etailer has a free shipping coupon code or some such. And yes, I have heard of them but haven't ever ordered anything. It depends on what it is that I'm ordering. I first consider my LBS. If they don't have it, then online from too many places to mention. Jensonusa is one that I've given plenty o' bizniz.

BTW, did you check out this thread yet?

There it is, I couldn't find it. Someone probably mentioned them somewhere in there, I'll put in a good word for them anyway, thanks.

I buy a lot of stuff from Treefort. Have never had a bad experience, their price matching is easy, and they often have the best price to begin with. Like many places they limit returns to 30 days from purchase.

Here's a thread we made over in SSFG regarding online retailers. I believe Tree Fort Bikes got some good reviews:
