strange water bottle cage
 

I acquired a strange water bottle cage (?) for free from a friend and don't exactly know what to make of it. It is about 5 inches longer than normal cages. The bottom part that holds the bottle is splayed outward, so it doesn't seem to fit a regular bottle, unless I bend it back in. Does anyone know what this is?

It has been a long time since I have seen one. I am betting its a Campy Aero bottle cage and they are fairly expensive.

Looks like the campy cage for the aero bottle.

I don't see a Campy insignia, so it is probably a look alike. Thank you for your help.
