At least bring your shorts into the shower after a ride and quickly soap them up and rinse them out. Takes a second and should be good to go by your next ride if you wring them out and leave them out to dry.
If you are concerned about them not drying fast enough I'd recommend getting a second pair. Chamois are a haven for nasty bacteria and are a prime culprit of saddle sores if reused before washing.

Anti bacterial simply means you don't have a culture dish in contact with your taint. Wash them before reuse and get a couple of extra pair.

There are huge variations from person to person in how many reuses can lead to trouble. I've ridden with a guy who goes a full week touring, 10-hour days, without any laundry -- not just same shorts, but same socks, too. And, by whatever luck of individual biological differences, he says he's never had a saddle sore or athlete's foot.

Hung my shorts after using it for the 4th consecutive time cuz that's my only one
Is this....uh.....normal? I don't wanna feel dirty and nasty, but hey, the insides don't smell...yet.
I'm a dude, if that helps..
Figured it's not like underwear where I'm in it entire days - now wearing those 3 days in a row in summer is nasty
Some shorts say the chamois are "anti-bacterial" but how???

If you are worried they won't dry, roll them in a towel and squeeze them to remove excess water before hanging them to dry.

The Target/Merona cycling briefs were the only underwear I'd used for a couple years (cycling or not), but I went to buy more about a month ago and was told they've been discontinued.
Anyone know if the Walmart ones are any good?
I sometimes do bike patrol at work, and don't always have forewarning, so I try to make sure my clothes are cycle friendly. I don't typically bother with "bike shorts". Even when I've done 8 to 12 hours a day on a bike 7 days a week (did that for 3 months) it didn't cause me any problems.
I say find a good saddle, avoid rough seems, and don't worry about always having bike shorts for riding.
But if you really feel the need for bike shorts WASH THEM.
